Everything you need to know before you arrive
Grass pitches with or without electric hook-up

Most pitches include EHU as standard. Grass pitches without hook-up are also available if you prefer. Water points are in every field. Awnings are welcome at no extra charge.

Tell us your unit when you book

If you’re bringing a large outfit or have specific requirements, let us know when you book. We allocate pitches before arrival based on what guests request, and we’d rather get it right from the start.

Owl Field for larger units
The largest field on the park, with extra-wide central pitches designed for driving straight on to. The most accessible facilities on site, with a ramp down to the shower block. Our most popular choice for caravans and motorhomes.
Chemical disposal on site
Chemical disposal point on site. Fresh water points in every field.
Chocks worth bringing
Some pitches have a slight slant. Chocks are advisable across all fields, worth packing as standard.
Accessible facilities
Owl Field has a ramp down to the shower block, making it the most accessible field for guests with mobility needs.

Explore Devon without moving the van
Bus stop at the gate
Regular services into Dawlish, Teignmouth and Exeter. Leave the van on the pitch and spend the day wherever you like. Multiple services daily.
Dawlish Warren beach on foot

Blue Flag beach, ten minutes’ walk. Leave your motorhome or campervan on the pitch and walk.

Train station ten minutes away
Walk to the station and Devon opens up. Exeter, Newton Abbot, Teignmouth, Paignton and into Cornwall. One of the most scenic stretches of railway in England, it runs along the cliff edge and across the estuary.
Starcross ferry to Exmouth
A short drive or a train stop. Seasonal foot passenger ferry across the Exe Estuary to Exmouth. A good day out that doesn’t involve the motorway.
