About Leadstone
Leadstone Holiday Park has been welcoming guests to Devon since 1974. This year it came back into family hands, and Alan, Andrea and the team intend to keep everything that made it special.

Fifty-two years of getting it right
Leadstone is a traditional touring and camping park, and that is exactly what it remains. No static caravans, no entertainment programme. Just open green fields, generously sized pitches, and a team who genuinely care about your stay.
Nicola and the team know returning guests by name. Families request the same pitch year after year. The facilities are described as immaculate, unprompted, on every review platform. None of that happened by accident, and none of it is going to change.
Seven acres in the heart of Devon
Leadstone sits on seven acres of green belt land in Dawlish Warren, a ten-minute walk from the Blue Flag beach, with a bus stop at the gate and the train station a short walk on foot. Four fields, each with its own character, from the lively, family-friendly Badger to the quieter, more sheltered Rabbit.
The site is very green. No overhead lighting. Open fields, clean air, and the owls at night.
Devon on your doorstep
Dawlish Warren’s Blue Flag beach is a ten-minute walk. Forest Fungi, the farm shop next door, serves breakfast and brunch from 9am, and an afternoon menu of cream teas and salads from 2pm. A pub is five minutes away on foot.
Beyond the gate, you have the Exe Estuary, Powderham Castle, Dartmoor, Teignmouth, Torquay, Exmouth and Exeter all within comfortable reach. You won’t struggle to fill a week.
